Follow-up

After you have invited prospective distributors to meetings, the next most important task is to follow-up on them. The fact that the person has accepted your invitation and attended the meeting shows his positive inclination towards this business. To understand his inclination better, the process of follow-up you choose is important. Follow-up done on a proper time proves you a successful and result oriented businessman. Make sure you do not delay the follow-up as it is timely follow-up that makes you a successful "Link High Gain Track" businessman.

Since following-up at the right time is crucial, one needs to know what is the right time for it. A follow-up meeting should be fixed within 24 to 48 hours of the prospective distributor’s attending the meeting as he needs to be given some time to think and a day or two’s time is sufficient for him to make up his mind. If you meet him immediately after his attending the meeting, it is possible that he may refuse to join in because he has not had enough time to make up his mind. If you meet him after three-four days or a week, it is possible that some information he received at the meeting may have slipped out of his mind by then.   • It is through eloquence and intelligence that you can get a large number of people to join you.

  • Arrange the first follow up meeting at a proper time and make sure you do not delay it.
  • Do the follow-up yourself. In case of an inconvenience, take your senior’s help.
