PRECAUTIONERY MEASURES TO BE TAKEN
WHILE EXPLAINING THE BUSINESS

• Dress smartly enough to attract the common man.
• Explain the business to the invitees only if you have full confidence in yourself otherwise request your seniors to conduct the session.
• If there are a large number of people attending a business meeting, make sure you give equal attention to all present.
• Do not get perplexed by the questions of the invitees. Instead, answer them patiently.
• While explaining the business, draw sketches or graphs on a board to help people understand better.
• Use slides, audio- video cassette, C.D. presentations, etc., while explaining business.
• Appear fresh and positive.
• Make sure you are in a cheerful mood.
