Rules & Regulations of Link Multilevel Marketing (India) Limited governing Runners, Winners & Leaders:

1. Money deposited towards booking of any package is non refundable. You will receive your package after the remaining amount has been received to the company.
2. Any runner or winner has 120 days to deposit the remaining amount and take his package. If for any reason this is not possible he should give a written application before the expiry of 120 days.
3. The first complete application form with date, applicant’s signature and the up line’s name when accepted by the computer is valid.
4. Booking amount or the remaining amount should be given by draft in favor of company payable at Indore. Company is not responsible if the money is given to anybody or deposited elsewhere.
5. Any Indian male or female above the age of 18 years can join Link High Gain Track business.
6. Company delivers the products within 15 to 20 days after the full amount has been received to the company.
7. Distributor will have to pay octroi and transportation charges for products sent outside Indore.
8. Runners, Winners and Leaders can use the company’s name and logo to give their identity, only with prior permission of the company. Company’s trademark, patent and propriety name can be used to promote only Link business.
9. In case of death of runner, winner or leader his/her business will be transferred to his/her nominee who will be governed by all the rules and regulations of the company.
10. If any runner, winner or leader nominate or work under the other runner, winner or leader or nominate any other person’s invitee in his network such nomination will be withdrawn. He will also be liable to pay compensation to the other runner, winner & leader.
11. Whenever necessary, company has the right to make changes in the business, which will be binding on all the runners, winners & leaders.
12. If you do not become a ‘Super Star’ within 90 days of joining, 25% of your earning through track ‘c’ will be withheld with the company. As soon as you become an ‘A-One Star’ 50% of the withheld amount will be released and the remaining amount on becoming a ‘Super Star’.
13. ‘Link High Gain Track’ management reserves the right to reject any application.
14. Only on becoming an ‘A-one Star’ you will be entitled to earn incentive.
15. Income from magic pool and magic bonus pool will be given only on your reaching the required level. These pools move on the basis of the new qualifiers.
16. Any disputes that arise due to this contract, shall be referred to the arbitrator so pointed under the Panchat Avam Salah Adhiniyam 1996 and settle accordingly. The list of Punch’s available with the company. The place of Arbitration shall be Indore and the decision shall be binding on both the parties.

Rules for earning Royalty:

1. To earn royalty each distributor has to qualify according to the serial order of the qualification.
2. To qualify only runners A & B of you’re direct runner A & B track will be taken into account. Runners A & B under any runner ‘C’ of your track-1 and track-2 do not have any role to play in this qualification.
3. Amount to be equally distributed among all the qualifiers, which will be calculated once a month.
4. Every month number of runners A, B & C joining the company will be multiplied by Rs. 2000/- to calculate the company’s turnover which in turn will be used to calculate the royalty.
5. A month ends on the last Saturday of the month and the days after that are added to the next month. If the last Saturday of any month is the 25th then the week starting from 26th will be added to the next month.
6. Every month after calculating the royalty at that particular level, will be equally divided among all the qualifiers.
7. Any distributor who is promoted to the next level shall entitle to receive royalty of the new level only.

Information for all Runners/Winners/Leaders:

• Link High Gain Track is a network business. hence it is all-important to maintain good behavior and cordial relations with all.
• It is important to go through “Ad Link” the company newspaper and other publications, circulars etc. to know the latest development and possible changes in this business.
• Booking of company products can only be done through the complete fill-up product booking application form. Fill in the form in block letters and make sure you give only the correct information for you will be held responsible for any mistake.
• Whosoever books the company package qualifies to become a runner and will in turn receive the due commission.
• The first person that joins you will be called runner A, the second runner B the third runner C and so forth.
• Do not keep the draft of the booking amount with you Deposit it immediately with the company.
• Package will be delivered only at the Head Office or co-ordination centers. Transportation and other charges will be borne by you.
• Guarantee of product will be with the manufacturer.
• Goods will be only given to the distributor booking the product on showing his ID card and receipt, unless he gives a permission letter to his up line who can collect the package.
• Commission cheque will be given every Friday at the Head Office, if that day is a public or govt. holiday then cheque shall be given on next day; elsewhere it will reach only on Saturday.
• Runner A & Runner B can be replaced. This is only possible 60 days after joining with the permission of you’re up line and the company and according to the applicable rules.
• All certificates and prizes will be given according to rules in the seminars, the time and place of distribution will be announced in “Ad Link” newspaper & at notice board of H.O. & respective centers.
• Time-to-Time Company arranges training programes and seminars. Time and place will be given in “Ad Link” newspaper & at Notice Board of H.O. & respective centers.
• The company reserves the right to make changes in the commission structure, package and the prices of packages whenever think it necessary.
• This is the duty of each runner, winner or leader to promote company’s products, keep in touch with their down line, give them the proper training, help and encourage them.
• To continue earning commission, incentives etc. it is necessary to renew your distributorship with purchase/booking of a product/package.
• Cheque/DD will be released for minimum amount of Rs. 250/- in account of any distributor.
• Deduction of TDS:
  According to income tax rules tax shall be deducted at source with surcharge on gross income earned by any distributors.
• Yearly commission up to Rs. 2500 will not be subject to TDS.
• Any commission amount above Rs. 2500 in a year and the commission thereafter in the same year is liable for TDS.
• If any distributor produces a certificate from the income tax department showing that he is liable for lesser deduction of TDS, it will done so accordingly.
• To receive a certificate of TDS your PAN number will have to be given to the company.

Suspension and Termination:

Company has the right to suspend or terminate any distributorship under the following conditions:

1. If you join any other multilevel marketing business.
2. If you are found promoting any other multilevel marketing business.
3. If do indiscipline at the Head Office, other offices and terminals.
4. If found giving false information to management or to up line.
5. If found demanding more than the required amount from new distributors.
6. If furnish false information in application form.
7. If found indulging in any anti company activities.
8. If found breaking company’s rules and regulations or doing any unlawful activities.
9. If found directly or indirectly involved in any of the above activities.

All rights are reserved with the company. Company’s decision will be final and bending on all.

Company shall provide distributorship only after due enquiry. Company has the right to refuse distributorship. Company’s acceptance of distributorship will be through a identify card, on receiving this identify card the distributor shall bound by all the rules and regulations of the company.

Renewal of Contract:

• To continue with benefits of Link High Gain Track business renewal is compulsory.
• Renewal fee is only Rs. 450 plus buying of one package is compulsory with minimum booking amount of Rs. 2250/-.
• After the renewal, commission will be distributed according to the business rules.
• It is compulsory to renew your distributorship after 9 months and before 12 months are over.
